Hi, I'm Jalapeno! I'm the official imaginary friend of MF Magazine. So what place does an imaginary amphibian have a magazine you ask? Moral support, mostly. But lately my focus has mostly been on hilarious office pranks like licking all the doughnuts, or sneaking random typos just before an article goes to press. I'm pretty super awesome generally.

Let's see, what else....Um, I'm originally from Columbia, but I moved to Portland because I looove me some music and I wanted work with MF. My favorite band is Herb Alpert & The Tijuana Brass. Obviously. Um, I play the kazoo and was in a Rage Against The Machine cover band back home.

I know I probablly sound a bit biased toward the music side of the Music & Fashion spectrum. But truthfully, I've never found a whole lot of need for clothes. But if I were to take up, ya know...dressing. I would probably love fashion as well and MF would most definitely be my fashion crack. But, as I'm sure you are aware, one of the perks of being invisible (as most imaginary friends these days are) is being able to kick it in my birthday suit all day long.

Although, Gladys the HR lady has really been trying to cramp my style lately. For instance, just last week she sent out yet another memo trying to be like all "imaginary staff members have to dress up for work too" and I was like "yeah whatever..." bitch.

So yeah...Fight the system!
